After these successful initial meetings, the SEO TWIST team set about fulfilling the mandate provided by IDS Systems.

The site architecture was a significant aspect of this project. As we proceeded, though, the team ran into challenges and obstacles that pushed us to step up to the plate and ensure we met and exceeded the client’s expectations.

It was a stumble on our part. But stumbles and falls give us an opportunity to pick ourselves back up and try again.

The first step was to determine exactly what the client would need to be satisfied. Communication is key for every project we undertake, and we met with the client to discuss how we could more effectively meet their needs.

Lasting Solutions

Our team came up with a plan of attack and set about putting it into action. We started with providing a revamped site architecture to the client. Our team knew we’d missed the mark in reflecting IDS System’s key pillars, so we wanted to ensure we were capturing those focuses in our revisions.

We also took time to discuss menu structures, page layouts, and interlinking individual pages to ensure easy and intuitive navigation for website users and visitors. Through these discussions, we came to a greater understanding of IDS Systems’ needs.

A big takeaway for our team was a brand-new approach to site architecture. We worked carefully to develop and implement detailed architecture documents to carefully illustrate the exact structure of a site. The team adopted this approach as our new standard to ensure success in all future projects.

We also took the time to address client requests and revisions line-by-line, page-by-page. Feedback and revisions are a part of the development process, and we work hard to ensure we capture every detail.

Our changes and work to revise the IDS Systems site met expectations and allowed us to maintain and improve our relationship with a client. Again, no two clients are alike. Though we have a standard approach to new projects, we adapt and change to ensure success and client satisfaction.
